Privacy Policy

1. Scope and privacy at a glance

This Privacy Policy applies to E6B Flight Computer Pro on iPhone and iPad. The app does not require a developer-operated account or sign-in.

Information you voluntarily send by email and ordinary technical information generated when you visit these web pages are addressed separately below.

2. Calculator and learning data

Values used by the circular slide-rule side, wind side, tutorials, Practice and Quiz are processed locally on your device. Temporary calculator and learning state may be held inside the app container for the current app session. The developer does not receive this information.

The simulator, calculation logic, fonts and visual assets are packaged with the app. E6B calculations are not submitted to a developer-operated remote calculation service.

3. Device permissions and sensors

The current app does not request access to device sensors or personal content such as contacts and photos for its calculator features. It does not create a personal activity profile.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Apple processes subscription purchases, introductory-offer eligibility, payment information, renewals, cancellations and purchase history under Apple's policies. The app requests Apple-provided product information and subscription-entitlement status to display the localized price, offer an eligible 3-day free trial, complete purchases, restore purchases and unlock paid access.

The developer does not receive or store complete payment-card details or your Apple Account password. Apple may provide developers with aggregated App Store sales information and diagnostics that users choose to share through Apple platform settings.

You can manage or cancel an active subscription in Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Apple's Standard Terms of Use (EULA) apply.

5. Network access and external links

Network access may be used by Apple's StoreKit services for localized product information, purchases, entitlement verification, restoration and subscription management. The calculator itself does not download calculation data or send calculation inputs to a developer server.

If you choose an in-app Support, Privacy, Terms or Manage Subscription link, iOS may open the relevant AkıncıJet or Apple page in a browser or system interface. Those destinations receive the ordinary network information needed to deliver the page or service.

6. Support messages and these web pages

If you email support, we receive the email address, message and attachments you choose to send. This information is used to respond, diagnose the reported issue, maintain service records and meet applicable legal obligations. Do not include payment-card details, Apple Account passwords, verification codes or unnecessary sensitive information.

These support and privacy pages do not contain page-specific advertising, analytics or tracking scripts and do not set a page-specific cookie. The web host may create standard access and security logs containing information such as IP address, request time, requested path, response status and browser user-agent. Such logs are used for delivery, security and operational diagnostics, not for advertising or cross-site tracking.

7. Sale, sharing, advertising and analytics

We do not sell personal information. The app contains no third-party advertising SDK, cross-app tracking SDK or third-party analytics SDK. Calculator inputs, learning-mode entries and subscription-entitlement state are not used to create an advertising profile.

Service providers such as Apple, the email provider and the web host process limited information for the services described in this policy under their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Retention, deletion and your choices

Temporary app-session state is controlled on the device and can be cleared by closing or deleting the app, subject to Apple platform behavior and backups you control. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

Support correspondence and security records are kept only as reasonably needed to respond to requests, protect the service, document resolution and meet applicable obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information you sent directly to support by emailing info@akincijet.com. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and dispute-resolution purposes.

9. Children and security

The app is an aviation training and planning utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

The app uses Apple's sandbox and StoreKit protections. Support pages use HTTPS when accessed at the canonical AkıncıJet addresses. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so avoid sending unnecessary confidential information in support messages.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when app behavior, service providers or legal requirements change. The updated policy will remain available at this URL with a revised effective date.
